Used and refurbished parts

All used computer parts are tested. Repairs will be carried out if needed. In the case of repairs done, the item will be listed as refurbished.

Used parts listed undergone various tests to ensure full functionality. A 7 day testing warranty applies to all used or refurbished parts.

If a defect is detected, please contact admin@teutonick.co.za and report accordingly and quote your order number. Arrangements will be made for the relevant refund or exchange. Courier costs back to Teutonick Computing will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds to not include shipping courier costs.

The 7 days testing warranty starts from the shipping date, and will expire after 7 days. Warranty only covers the product purchased – no consequential damage.
