Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy are 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received the item. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Thermal pads
  • Any consumables such as thermal paste, electronic cleaner etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our policy is to replace your defective goods rather than provide a refund. A refund will only be processed if the incorrect items are supplied, or there is no stock to replace the defective goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and arrangements will be made to do an electronic transfer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. The transfer might take some time to reflect in your bank account.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damage by post services and courier companies cannot be processed.

It is imperative to inspect the package for any signs of damage before accepting delivery – if any damage is visible, be sure to get in touch with us immediately.

Email us to return your product, and we will arrange the pick-up.

When an arrangement is made to collect the defective item, the shipping cost for the collection will be deducted from the refund amount. Therefore, the collection fee will be deducted from the product price.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


The warranty on items will be indicated on the product page. If no warranty is indicated, no warranty will apply, except for the graphic card fans. Teutonick Computing will warrant all graphic card fans for a maximum of 6 months; because no manufacturer guarantee applies, we will endeavour to replace any graphic card fan that may fail due to latent defects.

Latent defects include:

  • Bearing failure.
  • Noise.
  • Manufacturing imbalances.

Defects not covered by our local warranty:

  • Broken fan blades (This indicates a foreign object or debris that entered the fan).
  • Broken mounting brackets (This indicates incorrect installation or poor workmanship).
  • Defects arising due to alterations on the product.
  • Graphic card fans that constantly run at 100% duty factor.
  • Overheated fans due to improper ventilation.
  • Failures due to dust, dirt and debris.
